REFUND POLICY

GENERAL RETURN POLICY:

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of payment date.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

After receiving your return request, we will process it within 24 hours. You will be informed of the status of the return.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Service is completely non-functional within 24 hours of purchase
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Service does not match the description provided at the time of purchase

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Services that have been extensively used
  • Issues caused by third-party applications or hardware
  • Services canceled after the trial period

TV FUSION reserves the right to determine which transactions are eligible for refunds on a case-by-case basis.
